I’ve always been a “twig “. I was skin and bones most of my life up until college. I would wear leggings underneath my jeans growing up because I was embarrassed my legs were so skinny.

When I graduated high school, I stopped playing sports and hardly exercised. I was going through a lot of emotional states. When things started getting really tough over a year ago, I thought to myself, why not just get a gym pass and see if it makes me feel better? I figured when you work out you release endorphins and all that. I got a gym pass, started going, and it actually did make me feel better. Not only did I see changes in my body, but mentally and emotionally I was feeling better.

The gym is now a part of my daily routine; I need that hour and a half or so to escape and just work on myself. Through Cali Fuller Fit I try to bring what I’ve learned along my fitness journey to the public. Hopefully, it can help to improve the lives of others as it has for me.
