☆The plan is 4 weeks, 5 days of full workouts. 2 days lower body, 2 upper and 1 cardio/HIIT day!! Along with 8 different ab routines!! This plan is a month long, BUT you are encouraged to repeat it for as long as you’d like!
☆ This plan was intended to be an at home plan because all you need are a pair of dumbbells, BUT it for sure can be used at the gym as well
☆This plan is perfect for you if you want to get your full body toned & be able to do it in the comfort of your own home, or comfort of your own space at the gym!!
☆Need a pair of dumbbells to complete this plan, a resistance band is encouraged, but not necessary!

Perky Peach Plan
☆This plan is a 4 solid weeks of full leg/glute day workouts including glute activation warm ups.
☆There will be 3 workout sessions each week, totaling to 12 full workouts.
☆There are 2 lifting days and 1 HIIT day in each week.
☆The lifting days are geared to growing your booty while the HIIT will help lean/tone out your legs!
☆I’ve also included nutrition ideas and tips to grow and maintain your results !
☆This plan isn’t just 4 weeks and you’re done.. you can use this plan for every single leg day you have! It just has 4 weeks of different leg days so you aren’t bored of the same one over and over.
