☆This plan is a 4 solid weeks of full leg/glute day workouts including glute activation warm ups.
☆There will be 3 workout sessions each week, totaling to 12 full workouts.
☆There are 2 lifting days and 1 HIIT day in each week.
☆The lifting days are geared to growing your booty while the HIIT will help lean/tone out your legs!
